Yearly subscriptions: We do NOT automatically renew yearly subscriptions at the end of the 1 year period and we require subscribers to re-subscribe at the end of the year.  Since the other options allow anyone to "test-try" our newsletter for as little as 30 days, there is a no refund policy. Unfortunately, we needed to do this in order to stop those who have been subscribing for 14 days, asking for a refund, and then doing the same the next month.  Doing this for a whole year got them a free subscription and frustrated our staff with this unethical behavior.
